TePe Special Care™ & TePe Special Care™ Compact

TePe Special Care™ has ultra-soft bristles, with either a regular or compact brush head size. The regular brush head size has 12,000 ultra-soft bristles. The neck of the brush can be angled in hot water for better access.

This toothbrush is recommended for the following situations:

• After oral surgery
• Mucositis (sore inflamed and ulcerated oral tissue)
• Sensitive root surface
• Extremely dry mouth
• During radiation or chemotherapy when oral tissue has an adverse effect

When deciding to use this toothbrush, it is best to consult your dental professional. It is meant to be used in specific circumstances, as it is extremely soft. The compact brush head size works well to focus on a localized area of the mouth or in a hard to reach area.

Instructions for using the TePe Special Care™ and TePe Special Care™ Compact tooth rush is similar to all manual toothbrush instructions.

1. Look at the angle of the toothbrush. Place your toothbrush bristles towards your gums at a 45-degree angle so that the bristles sweep along the gumline using small back and forth motions.
2. Cover all the surfaces. Make sure you brush systematically, starting with the inside, then continuing with the outside and the chewing surfaces.
3. Focus on the gums. The tip with longer bristles improves access, for example to back teeth. Look in the mirror to ensure that you place the brush properly. Remember to focus on where the tooth meets the gums because this is where harmful bacteria that causes dental disease resides.
